1. When you have a small number of rooms, you can easily access, see and change their statuses by just scrolling down the list of rooms. In another situation when you have a sizable number of rooms a few features can help your staff locate a specific room faster.
- Use search on the top left of the screen, by tapping the room's number or name. Or filter your rooms based on the room type to whom they belong, by pressing the filter button on the top right and selecting the room type which they fall under.
2. The middle button Chat, opens a Chat Room whose members might be all the employees who use Housekeeping and managers as well. Here you can write messages for faster communication and coordination between staff members, or when encountering an unexpected issue.
