When a reservation arrives from a Booking Engine (such as your site) or a Channel Manager (Booking.com, Expedia, etc) you can either choose to have it assigned automatically or have it Not assigned.
You can see at the top of the calendar the number of not assigned rooms, for each date.
To have the reservations automatically assigned to a room type, firstly click the Home button on the top left corner and then select Settings at the bottom.
Scroll down on the settings list and click on Edit at New reservations are assigned to:
By selecting First available room within that room type, new reservations from your Booking Engine or Channel Manager will slot in seamlessly in the first room available of that specific room type chosen by the guest.
Or vice-versa, you can choose to have these reservations Not assigned and assign them automatically.
